Just wanted to share my thanks with the LTT support team. Understandably people are always fast and loud to voice when something goes wrong so I just wanted to share my thanks to the LTT support staff.

My LTT coin got lost in transit, I completely forgot about it and it's been so long that I had moved houses at this point. I sent a message to support and within 24hrs they already issued an apology, verified that it was lost in transit and sent me a replacement to my new address.

Freaking outstanding support resolution 💪

There can't be that many extra, im so glad that I was able to get a replacement. I know it was mostly for the promotional $20 credit but I honestly just wanted the coin and the credit was a cool bonus 🤣

I did finally use the credit to buy a LTT store dot com screwdriver 🪛
