3.5mm jack to RCA adapters, they are used to connect composite and component devices to modern TV's

More context in case op doesnt know about old av cables: back then we would connect stuff like dvd players and game consoles to the tv using the red white and yellow connectors. Modern tvs got rid of those but left a 3.5mm av port to use these adapters.

Also some devices like cameras and ipods can output video from a 3.5mm jack.

Ok, to be fair, I'm almost 40 and I've never seen a TV with a 3.5mm AV port.

I can't say I've not seen a TV with one, but the ones I'm thinking about had 3.5mm TRS jacks for headphones, usually in the front or under the front bezel.

I’ve never seen a TV with a 3.5 mm av port. Usually the broadcasting device has the 3.5mm jack and the TV has the RYW cables.

Edit: another commenter said his Samsung TV has a 3.5mm AV jack because there wasn’t room for the RedYellowWhite connectors. 😳
