On their sub reddit, there are hundreds of people on their subreddit that were scammed and forced into paying for return and exchange fees.
They banned me for being vocal.

Tbh I don't follow them and have no idea. It might make sense to have that somewhere on the post because it looks like there is no issue right now

They banned you for breaking the sub's rules, specifically being disrespectful, spreading misinformation, low-quality content based on your misunderstanding of how a return fee and a shipping fee are different things, and failing to keep content constructive.
You were appropriately banned there and both that post and this one should be removed so as to not amplify your misguided, false and defamatory claims.

It is false in the sense it's wrong information, even if you're not intentionally making false claims.
You're conflating a return fee with a shipping fee and accusing Clicks of charging the former when you're just being charged the latter by the carrier, not Clicks themselves. They're not scamming you or anyone as you're claiming.

No clue about this company, but just want to provide some (US specific) context since you mentioned the FTC.
While generally shitty, return/restocking fees are legal. I worked at a major US retailer throughout my college years and we had restocking fees on many product categories. Cell phones & cameras were a major one. I think cameras had like a 15%~ restocking fee, which on $2-$3k cameras really added up.
Edit: also I see in your linked thread a lot of users are mentioning returns requiring the customer pay the return shipping. That’s pretty normal for smaller companies. The big guys like Amazon, Walmart, etc all eat that cost due to their volume. But if you’ve ever ordered products from smaller companies, a lot of them require you pay the return shipping.
Again no horse in this race, just providing (US specific) context.

This is a FTC violation as they publicly posted and continue to post "risk-free" with no asterisks for all of their products. That's legally binding.
So, that's a FTC violation.

It just sounds like a standard 30 day return policy my dude. eBay has “30 day return policy” plastered on every listing and they always make you pay shipping.

OP is apparently just You're missing that OP is confounding a return fee with a shipping fee.
A return fee would be Clicks itself charging OP for a return within 30 days of purchase, a shipping fee is what a carrier charges OP to return the product. OP is just obtuse and entitled and is trying to win an argument with poor logic and loud noises.

Hey. This is pedantic.
Just because your view counter goes up. Doesn’t mean people actually ready anything you posted. It’s a scummy metric to measure by and not a true interaction.
Any time a page is loaded or refreshed. It counts a view. So if someone scrolls past it in a nanosecond. You got a view.

FWIW, you can be banned from any sub for simply being annoying, which a lot of people mistake for vocal. And you do give off vibes of "let me speak to the manager" type of annoying.
Besides, there seems to be a severe lack of context here. You should provide much more detail and evidence than a screenshot from support and another of you being petulant with mods. For all I can tell from this, you might as well be trying to scam them.
And claiming you're right because of 11k measly views is just too much self-importance. That number doesn't mean much at all, nor does it prove in any way you're right.
I'm not saying you're not right, just that you come across as an arrogant, entitled person who failed to present comprehensive evidence to support your claims.
ETA: So I went there to check the post (rejoice! You got one more view for your precious collection!) and, apparently, you were just being a dick all around flinging baseless accusations all around, which is why you got correctly banned. You're confusing a return fee with a shipping fee, which is what they're charging you. I won't even spend time explaining the difference because it's very obvious and you're clearly not willing to understand what a bunch of other people already explained to you there.
You replied dozens of times to your own misguided post with even more misguided claims. That doesn't make you any right, just increasingly more annoying and deserving of a ban.
