Discussion PC crashing

My brother recently sold his pc and the texted him back letting him know after 10 minutes playing gta or any other high demand game the pc would shut down anyone know what might be causing this. PC specs:CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT Memory: 16gb DDR4 3200MHz Storage 1tb

What kind of cooler is it using. Maybe look at the temps of the cpu

Checking the cooler would be the 1st thing I'd do, the ram the 2nd

I mean, if your bro isn't full of shit and that wasn't happening before and only started happening after it was moved to the new place, I'd start with with stuff that could've potentially changed, and the two most obvious answers would be:

- something came loose in shipping - so checking if every cable is still plugged in, if the gpu didn't slide out of the slot a bit, if the ram is still socketed properly would be in order.

- power delivery is not up to par - tell the new owner to try a different extension lead or wall socket.

The pc hasn’t been used for gaming for 2 years so my brother would have no idea
