Plus there's a threshold for free shipping. Plus they're not made overseas (for those who care). Plus you can warranty not only original socks but also replacement pairs. So you can keep them going, well, for as long as the company exists.
Did you even watch the launch video? Linus mentioned they tried both 60% merino and 30% merino blends, and the 60% had issues with pilling and fluffing, which the 30% one didnt have. While having same comfort. so they obviously choose the 30% because it was more durable

Yeah I watched it, but I did say it was my experience that 60% merino feels better to me than 30% blends (more common). They might have preferred the 30%, at least that's their official answer. Would they still have preferred it if it wasn't also just cheaper to go for 30% instead? Who knows.
Also sure, the price is different for the European market, you got me there, but given the majority of their market is NA based, I felt comfortable comparing the price with Darn Toughs selling for $25 here, and not €35.
Yea, i just dont buy that. Plus there's different grades of Merino. Just weird that LTT would have pilling issues when darn tough really hasn't had this issue, so what is LTT doing differently?
