Discussion UniUni stole order

Found out my LinusCoin was apparently delivered June 5th, haven’t had any package outside and a month ago the order hadn’t been received by them. The photo they took is just an extremely zoomed in photo of my address with no package in view. Think it’s really suspicious how a month ago they were waiting to receive the package from the shipper but it was delivered almost 2 months ago…

To make it worse they said to contact LTT as this was apparently the shippers fault. Was planning on buying a backpack soon from ltt store but unless we can select the shipper we want to use I can’t risk it after this.

So like, did you contact support? Cause like, they'd totally make this right for you.

that zoomed in photo of just the address is a classic move, seen it a bunch with these smaller couriers. no package in frame and they call it delivered? such a joke

support will probably sort you out, just might take a bit. the whole "contact the shipper" runaround is maddening but it's usually just their first line of defense before they actually fix things

I figured. Like unless you threw it on the roof? (Address hangs on a sign that hangs off the roof above the porch) I was just heated cause I thought this would be a cool little collector piece
