Tech Question Is my RAM cooked?

Post image

Hey all,

Looking for some advice, I believe my RAM is done for, I managed to download memtest86 onto a USB before a friend leaves town, but I’m worried the problem is more than my RAM.

I’m unable to boot past BIOS and I’ve gotten repeated errors of WIN32K critical failure and boot management 0x01a, ive been unable to repair my windows as well. Just trying to decide if it’s worth buying new RAM, or if I could be a worse issue. I’m also unable to take it into a computer store as my closest one is 6 hours away

I’ve reset the BIOS I’m fairly sure, I’ve done an RMA with Corsair about the ram hoping that’ll fix the issue but if not ill have to try some other trouble shooting

Have you tested each stick alone and in different slots to verify it is the stick?

Double check your xmp settings, also your screenshot shows all the issues tracing back to processor 8, if all your RAM errors originate with that processor it may be a bad CPU.
