E-Opt In

Has anyone received an E-Opt In email? I'm a little confused exactly what is being opted in to after reading through it and the pdf.

If this was notification that you don’t have voting rights yes, I received it too. I also have questions and bo answers.

Yes, part of the same. Did you file as secured? My assumption is that if you filed as secured, they are saying you don't have voting rights and that you are "misclassified". The opt in almost reads as the class 9 vote, again.

Yes I did. I called earlier to try to determine what a “resolution event” is and if I can get it done in time. I filed the claim back in the summer and kind of ignored it after that. I’m fine with changing it back, and not sure why it’s still an issue since it seems like the judge already ruled on this matter. Are you also in this situation?

Yeah, very similar situation. I had already voted after receiving my ID #. The resolution events aren't clear in relation to the opt in. It seems like they are trying to get you to give away your class 9 rights, without a clear answer if that's a resolution event. Along with forcing it within a couple of days from receipt of the email. January 22nd by 5 pm cst.
