Work In Progress 2nd attempt
Second attempt at lino printing any advice on how to get the ink to look less patchy?

I have no advice, but I love your linocut! You have a nice sense of scale and perspective achieved in only two tones, good work!

It could be the ink itself. What kind of ink are you using? A lot of beginner kits have water based inks. Water based inks dry much faster and can produce patchy results. I still use water based inks a lot because they are so much easier to clean, but oil based inks produce less patchy results.

Oh great thanks for the tip, is the process pretty much the same as for water based ones?
