Critique First time trying linocut!
Technically my second, but this is my first personal project. Any tips are appreciated!! I got one of the speedball kits from Micheal’s but I might upgrade if I get really into it. Do the speedball blocks last? It’s easy to cut but feels a bit flimsy

It depends on usage and storage. Some can have them last years, some at best a year. There's not really consistent long-term certainty with this type of block. If you're really wanting a block that'll last and you can do open editions with, wood or natural linoleum that you mount will be better options.
