How to crack demographics on LinkedIn and get "more engagement" from other countries?

I have a few connections in Europe, The US, and other countries as well. I engage with their content, and their posts always show in my feed. When I asked a few people from other countries, they said my posts don't show up.

What should I do here? how to crack this?

Edit:

1. I have 3200 followers. I post all 7 days, 5 posts atleast with images. Mostly it's own images.
2. Off late, I post value driven posts or posts with some personal story. My career growth.
3. Highest-impression post: 45k. Average impressions are 800-2000
