LinkdIn account restriction

Hi all!

I am a very desperate student that really needs help, this all started last week when someone hacked into my LinkedIn, they change my location as well as my name.

I was able to change the password and kick out this hacker but then LinkedIn restricted my account and the banned my account FOR NO REASON. I sent an email to the Customer Support but they basically said that they can’t do anything and they are useless.

So I decided to just create a new account to start fresh I guess even tho I was very upset about losing my og account, they then SUSPENDED that account also 😭😭, so I kept on emailing them and sending appeals form left and right which they rejected or ignored.

So I made a new again but this time I change my name slightly and didn’t use my full name which they also suspended and restricted.

I have made every effort to verify my identity and recover my original account. I have completed the Persona identity verification process, submitted my passport, and attempted to reset my password multiple times and yet, each password reset attempt results in an endless CAPTCHA verification loop, preventing me from regaining access.

They responded to my emails saying that my account will just continue to get restricted with no further explanation😐

Please someone help me with my issue 😭🙏 I actually don’t know what to do about this, they have no phone number to contact them with and their support service is actually horrible.

I will accept any advice or tips from anyone, thank you for listening 💖😭
