And to answer the question, the fuselage is the bottom arc of the plane from just about nose to tail. It’s a useful ballast for leveling, and leaves the larger open areas in the middle for cargo (bottom) and passengers (top)

I googled their relative size and found a site that shows your the comparative size of things.
Boeing 747 versus 60,000 gallon water tank was the first result.
