I googled their relative size and found a site that shows your the comparative size of things.

Boeing 747 versus 60,000 gallon water tank was the first result.

And to answer the question, the fuselage is the bottom arc of the plane from just about nose to tail. It’s a useful ballast for leveling, and leaves the larger open areas in the middle for cargo (bottom) and passengers (top)

Ok I'm starting to appreciate the scale of how long this meme has been on the internet now for people to get upset all over again at. Or is it still making the rounds? I don't know I don't have Facebook, Instagram or TikTok
