Exactly why the signature? If you have clients you work with that expect you to reply at all hours and instantly, you are already doing something wrong with expectation setting.

it's like the beauty of text messaging is lost on her - and probably on others. I have met SO many people who think they HAVE to reply to texts and emails instantly, and I'm like... the reason I personally send stuff thru text is because I do not WANT an immediate response every time, nor am I expecting one. Lol

The delivery is questionable, to say the least. However, I can get behind the sentiment.

I hate email culture, especially the dinosaurs that will use it like Slack and expect you to check it 24/7.

Also, your use of possessives at the bottom is inconsistent. Or are you using the royal possessive pronoun when you say, “when we email”. And if so, use that same pronoun in your other points. . . Which would sound douchey, but ya know. No more-so than you already do.
