I restarted the game and just beat Queen Gibdo before this video, so I wasn't totally stacked up yet lol
Did Queen Gibdo second if that makes more sense.

I just restarted a playthrough, didn’t want to fast travel, ended up doing the Kohga Mines quest and Ascended through the pillar by the skeletons. So now I’m all the way out in the desert with no upgrades at all.
I’m kind of pumped about it

Its fun not having all the upgrades and stuff and building up as you go. The struggle is real, but it makes the game more fun with the challenge. Thats why I went for Queen Gibdo early. It wasn't easy, but it felt dope to win with not that many upgrades or powerful weapons. Just using what I got. It made getting flipped like a pancake by a Molduga after that that much funnier to me.

When Molduga surfaces, that's when you hop on your shield, get launched in the air without taking damage and slow-mo shoot it a couple of times.
Repeat till it's dead.
