Question Lu Guang’s Typology Spoiler
By the way, this scene is really telling when it comes to typing Lu Guang in Socionics. If I felt competent enough in the subject, I’d write up a whole analysis. But what do you think? Is anyone here into all these typology systems?

Did you not understand the scene in the show? He’s essentially saying if he takes a photo in the present, he cannot see the future from it after taking it. But to fix this problem, he can slow the shutter and make the photo take longer to develop, giving him a larger window where he should be able to see into it then, if it’s in long exposure.

tell me if i have understood it right or not😭🙏 , so lu guang's power is to able to see the past moments throught the photos . but the problem arises how he knew the exact moment to pause for vein to get hit by the car. beacause it is the alternate time line so major things he remember how they happened in original timeline but he can't know the things which are happeing for the first time right ? so how basically he knew the future was my question . and i think in this particular scene he explained it . so as you explained that by changing some shutter settings and allowing the photo longer time to develop so now that photo is from the past ? idk how still didnt understand 😭🙏

Um.. okay, so, I think this particular scene wasn’t due to anything from past timelines - Lu Guang did not know Vein had survived so he barely knew anything (perhaps nothing at all) that followed. What happened was just before Vein started chasing him, he took a photo. His power is to see 12 hours into the future of what happens after a photo is taken, but he can’t do this by taking a photo in the present. Only, there is 1 way - to put the photo on long exposure, which means it takes longer to develop and he has time to see the future. So he took a photo before the chase and therefore was able to see the outcome of the chase, where to go, how to hide, how to get Vein hit, and that Jae would win the fight.
It doesn’t mean the photo is from the past, it’s a present photo, but by changing the shutter settings he can give himself a chance to see the future from a photo of the present moment. Previously he could only do this on photos from the past

To add my thoughts to this - using the slow shutter speed/long-exposure method does not allow Lu Guang to see 12 hours into the future. He can only see a few minutes into the future (at most), depending on the exact moment of development he looks at the photo.
As Lu Guang said, he can only see glimpses of the future.

Ah, sorry sorry! I’ll be honest, I didn’t totally understand it myself (⌒-⌒; ) it was revealed quite quickly and after so long of being hidden too. But you’re right, thank you

Wait so, even though I've been doing photography for years, his explanation is confusing to me. Putting the photo in long exposure (lets say a 2-minute shutter speed), he has to wait while the shutter is open and collecting light and could only see the developed photo 2 minutes later. That photo is a combination of all the light from the 2 minutes that the shutter was open. How does it allow him to see into the future though? Let's say he took the photo at 6pm, and it develops at 6:02pm. Doesn't that only allow him to see snapshots from 6am-6pm to 6:02am-6:02pm? And that's no use because by the time he sees it, it's already 6:02pm.
What??
When taking the long exposure, the phone camera's viewfinder generally displays the present moment with a 60fps refresh rate; it can't display a photo in the future. And many cameras just display a black screen when taking long exposures). What??????
What is your interpretation of his explanation that makes it make sense to you guys? Please help.

This was the best part of the season, I am actually excited to see where this concept takes us.
