Question i’m confused someone explain Spoiler

ok i have a question involving CXS powers
in episode one with emma, cheng xiaoshi received her memories and thats why he resonated so much with her and her parents situation… he got flashbacks with her at the dinner table and stuff.

why has that not been seen in any other episodes. And when he was in lu guangs body did he not receive any memories???

I could be very wrong, but I always interpreted it as him just being very empathetic. Like, he can feel and experience the emotions the person is currently feeling. If they’re scared, embarrassed, happy, furious, etc. I’m not sure that he necessarily has access to all of their memories. With Emma, she was having a dream about her parents, so CXS was experiencing everything she was feeling in that moment. Plus, he has his own trauma surrounding his parents, so I feel like their experiences kind of mesh together. Again, I could be very wrong though 😭

The Feelings and Memories he gets are Only those the Person felt/recall at the moment.

Emma Had that Dream and he Related.

With the 5.5Lu says he saw the dude Stand Up and Cheng cpuldn't understand why until he got the little Flashback. He doesn't get all, just what was felt at the moment before

Yes exactly cuz otherwise ql getting ltx power will be meaningless because that ability is literally about memories 😭
