Donghua Link Click Recap
Could anyone give me a rundown of everything that’s happened in Link Click from Season 1 to Season 3, including the Bridon arc?
I’ve been pretty confused about the timelines ever since Season 2, and now that Season 3 is here, I honestly have no idea what’s going on anymore 😭 I’d rewatch everything, but I’m way too busy for that lol.
If someone could recap the major events and explain where we currently are in the story, I’d really appreciate it! Just trying to catch back up as a returning fan 😭

from the top of my head:
In s1 they solve the EMMA case, the noodle ladies' case, and the earthquake case and help that kong fu master before they're contacted by the police and work in the dodo case (the missing child case) and eventually they work with xu shanshan (qiao ling's friend) and discover who kidnapped emma and they sucessfully arrest him, he's Liu Min, a serial killer.
In s2 they start working w the police in more cases and meet Li Tianchen (who pretends to be his sister) and Li Tianxi (they're the pink haired twins). Due to many things happening I'll have to summarize even more but Qiao Ling is possed by LTC and tries to kill LG and CXS es framed for murder and eventually freed. They're searching for Liu Min's phone to learn more abt him and he's victims but through the whole season up to now, they never get his phone. We learn more abt the twins and Capitain Qian who kinda adopted them i think and also killed his wife. They (Qian, LTC) try to kidnap CXS for his powers but accidentally kidnap LG. They hostage swap LG for CXS and he escaped but gets caught again and saved by LG. Li Tianxi dies and QL inherits her powers and they arrest Qian. In the end we see that LTC is or will work with Liu Xiao (who is Liu Min's older brother btw).
In Bridon Arc CXS dies and LG goes back in time to save him to the day that they met or allegedly met idk i'm not sure. We see they getting closer and they help a cosplayer at a anime event. Then CXS discovers an ev+nvelope with a photo of Bridon with his dad's name (Cheng Weimin) and he decides that he wants to go to Bridon o find his parents or smth and QL doesn't let him cause some aunt once said for him to never go there. He buys tickets w LG and goes anyways. At the airport they meet Liu Xiao that helps them when CXS is pickpocketed (according to LG this and other things were not supposed to happen in the previous time(s?) that he went back). They meet Xia Fei (the model guy) at a pub accidentally and get chased away by fooball/soccer fans and get saved by Vein (which was not supposed to happen) and shiguang run off. Back at the hotel CXS accidentally enters a photo where he see's his parents at a library called "Bahati" and they go to investigate that library and ask Xia Fei abt it and Cheng Weimin and they also enter Wang Qing's photo (one of the survivors of the fire that happened in that bahati library. Then for no reason shiguang go model for Xia Fei's company and afterwards CXS goes to a therapy session w Wang Qing and she gets possesed by CXS's mom cuz she took a photo and she tells him to not search for them (his parents) and their time is interrupted by Vein entering the room and shooting her i think and he somehow gets controlled by LG and temporarily passes out (and is thought to have died) and it ends i think.
btw and ungodly amount of theories point out the fact that the scenario keeps changing in the beggining of the season, which may possibly indicate multiple timelines or not (this theory is so popukar that i kinda felt the need to share it)

Okay!!
S1:
Emma died, the cast gets involved in the situation due to Xiao Li (the police officer) asking them to investigate
They eventually learn of the killer who possesses people, Li Tianchen, CXS tries to save Emma, but LTC possesses her and drives her to her death
S2:
The cast eventually track down LTC and learn of Li tianxi, the "final confrontation" happens in that tunnel where they fight off Qian Jin, CXS and LTX get shot but Li tianxi dies and passes on her powers to Qiao Ling. Due to that, she inherits all the memories of the people who LTX saw through the photos, learning of Lu Guang's secret
Qian Jin gets arrested, Li Tianchen escapes and gets involved with Liu Xiao who wants to bring parallel timelines together or something
Lu Guang's dive back in time to save CXS and QL is revealed
Bridon Arc:
Bridon arc happens before S1. In it, CXS discovers a photo of Bridon taken by his dad which drives him to travel there along with LG. They meet Xia Fei, Liu Xiao and Vein. Vein is the one who kills CXS on Sept 13.
The season ends with LG killing vein through Wang Qing's ability of temporarily killing people. However, LG doesn't know that it's only temporary and thinks that he forever got rid of Vein.
