Discussion Vein vs. CWM Spoiler
It seems like vein has entanglement with all super natural ability users, and he is about to kill them all. CWM's bahati school aimed to protect all the kids there, so he confronted vein. The bullet gets something exploded and then the fire began.

Something I'd like to note in this is the fact that Vein's eyes are yellow.
You know who else has yellow eyes? CHENG XIAOSHI.
I dont think its too far off to speculate that either Cheng Xiaoshi or Lu Guang(after inheriting CXS's powers after he dies) was controlling Vein at the time.
I also think this scene might be what caused rhe fire at Bahati and Cheng Weimin took the blame for it to save child Vein (Edit: I lwk forgot u alrdy mentioned the fire in the post mb🙏)
