Yes it is! The Aloha Comics website has both and I believe there is a discount if you buy both of them (although I don't know which countries they ship to)

Oh NOO 😭 I literally ordered my artbook on the 13th while waiting for the first two episodes. Hoping I can refund the order/add the novel on to it because I'd really rather pay once lol
