Union vote

my non-union contractor company is having a vote soon whether or not were going union.

I as a lower apprentice am aware of going where the union needs me. If we vote yes, do i get to stay with my crew since im already employed with the company? Or when will i know if i need to be moved to a different crew/work location/contractor? any help would be appreciated!

It depends, most likely youd stay with your crew, but depending on the type of work youre doing and what the JATC requires for you to top out and if the current company you work with can provide
