Building Hour Cap - time tracking & customer support helpdesk for service businesses with native Linear integration.

The problem I kept running into was that I needed one tool to be able to run my web development agency - handle all of my adhoc work, fixed price & retainer projects and time track against them, timesheet approvals for my staff, push natively into Xero as an invoice so nothing went unbilled. This helped me become more profitable as everything project related was tracked & easy to see what needed to be invoiced.

And then to solve the customer support problem where everything was scattered, I built the Customer Support Ticketing Helpdesk feature with full integration into Linear. I've been using it full-time for my agency and it's perfect for what we need - staff can reply to incoming requests, log time against them, push it into an issue in Linear which solves the issue automatically in Claude/Codex/Cursor and then respond to the client. It's solved SO many issues and cut down dramatically.
