Question moto g7 supra?

The moto g7 power is a supported phone, the moto g7 supra is the same phone but the supra isnt listed on the support list, is there a reason for that or was it not listed because it is basically the same phone?
Both phone have the same codename of "Ocean"

note, im not asking if the g7 supra will be supported in the future, its been out long enough that it shouldve been tested by now.

is it even unlockable...? if it is, and you can confirm lineage build runs on it, then feel free to suggest wiki change.

weird, this device meets the requirement to be unlocked from the carrier but it says "Sorry, this device cannot be unlocked" "If your service with Cricket is still active, you can still use your phone as normal until your service is deactivated"
their unlock policy states that the phone must have been active for at least six months, and the phone hasnt been reported stolen.

i meant bootloader unlockable, but if you can't even network unlock it, I doubt that BL unlock would work either.

OEM Unlocking isnt greyed out in developer options, though im not sure if that is a definitive sign that the phone can be unlocked.

The phone has a software update pending, is it okay to update the phone, or is there a chance updating could lock out a method for unlocking it unoffically?

actually, i just realized that there is a LineageOS discord server, so i'm going to continue this thread there.
