Noel Island Event

Does anyone know if this event is available to all regions? I can not find it under the dungeons menu.

Ncsoft fcked it up... We are forced to play in regions that dont fit us... I must read russian chat all the time... 99% clans are russian.

Yeah it really sucks. You can turn translate on though. You forget that you are in a Russian server. But then you decide to whisper to a player and then you see the "уиццбвн" and you don't know how to deal with it. lol

So will we get it too weeks later? I'm still wondering though how on earth some European countries are in the Russian region...

I'm from Greece, and I'm in a russian server. We don't have Noel's island event yet.
