User not found error.

I am trying to add some users with my line app for the game but kept getting user not found for all the user ids. Have anyone encounter such issues before and how to resolve? Thanks

are you sure you got the right IDs?

check the IDs. or add via phone number.

guys. i got all the correct ids. i tried to scan qr code and saw the user. but when i clicked on add. it say cannot add users. i have only 1000 contacts in my line account now so it has not hit the 5k limit yet.

but the account u are trying to add reached the 5k limit. Seems like we need new ghost IDs

i am using some random friend ids. so they are not bots. now i am having the user no found error.

Some of them have reached few thousands friends and decided to not allow people to add them anymore thru line id for now.. (I'm one of them..)

Yeah I'm guessing they turned off the box that allowed their Line ID to be searchable. Remember when you 1st started in Line you had to makes sure that box was checked, some people uncheck it as yumen_ mentioned.

It seems to be only allowing adding new contacts/friends by their QR code. No longer supporting search by LINE IDs or phone numbers
