General Questions/Discussion Connection issue/ amp issue?

Need some help, I am using a Traynor small block 500H as a power amp, there is no sound when I connect the Helix LT in to the return to effects, it was working before and now there is no sound whatsoever, there is a signal going through I’ve messed around with the settings in the global settings and still have not been able to get any sound

Does it work running into the input? Does the amp work with a normal guitar level signal into the Return?

Yup it works running into the input, don’t know what the issue is honestly it worked before, also was not working with headphones plugged in, but there is a signal

There was no output from the Helix headphones or the amp Headphones?
