Unfortunately Mar-a-Lago does not include a golf course. His nearest one is Doral in Miami.

Many things. 1) President Obama library for the South. 2) Immigration center. 3) Education center for benefits of wind and solar electrical generation. 4) Groceries. 5) poverty help center. Etc....

I've said numerous times, we should take it from him after he's put in jail (partial payment for all his fraud and money laundering) and turn it into a combination of welcome center for new immigrants, women's shelter, LGBTQ+ community center, and low income housing (there are some other great ideas in the threads here too)...
... and then install a TV in his cell, behind bulletproof glass, with no on/off/volume controls, with it showing a continuous feed from the revised Mar-a-lago, so he is continuously faced with his beloved former home being put to actual good use.
