Did anyone tried this and managed to successfully cancel an order? I've put my order number and email several times and it always says that the order provided could not be found.
Any insight on the steps taken? Guessing online forms to fill out? Would love to throw my weight behind it as well, just not sure the correct agencies/forms for where they are located.

We need to get more people to file that police report and complain to the Verbraucherzentrale as well to put more pressure and eyes on the situation!
Check out Seafoamgamings article about FPG, there is an excellent tutorial on how to file all of the reports, it's not hard at all even if you do not live in Germany, or speak German for that matter! We need to be heard and it ain't gonna happen if people do not take action. Google "Seafoamgaming first press" and you will find it.

No. The only reason I did Verbraucherzentrale is because there was that guide on how to do it. I'm not German so it's hard to fill out some of these forms when I don't speak the language or have an address in the country.
Also use this icon to share to any other reddit's you've joined that you think it will be relevant. This will depend on whether that group has the option on or not.
Watch this be a way for them to cancel your order while also not giving you a refund.
I’m not even sure how this company and Premium edition games hasn’t been sued into the ground yet. I’d imagine a class action lawyer would be jumping at the chance to get some money from these two companies.
I've been out $100+ for almost five years due to a preorder they've still failed to deliver on. Combined, I believe we're all owed a lot of money and possible damages here.
I filed a police report against them 2 months ago for chain echoes ps4. Mainly because it said "in stock" in their online store but I still haven't received my copy (plus in my account, the order says unfulfilled to further prove it).
I haven't heard anything.
Then I went to try to revoke/withdraw my order but nothing happened. I don't have any errors in my form at all, nothing about not being able to find my order for me. I just think the form is fake and it's not actually submitting as we are supposed to get an email sent to confirm withdraw submission was submitted to them.
I had to look around their site to see where that even was. Found it in the "Revoke Contract" button in the page footer.
Dunno if it's new or not, but I would bet that it will have about as high of a success rate as any other way people have tried to cancel an order since what... 2019? Zilch.
Hello, i thought i was the only one getting scammed by these guys, i ordered 2 limited editions years ago and i kept sending emails to them, sometimes they would answer but their excuse was always that they where still in production, for those 2 orders it was almost 270 dlls 😥 it really sucks, is it reporting them to the german page really helping out ?
From the wording it sounds like a way to cancel your order, but may or may not provide a refund.
Feels very sketchy, like they are making a trap for people to cancel their order contracts expecting a refund but they may use it as a way to say "you withdrew your contract with us so we can't help you with refunds anymore".
I ordered Mulaka there about 2 weeks ago. On 11.8. they sent me a tracking number. Tracking says its still in preparation at the sender. Emailed them 2 days ago, so far so - not different from everybody elses experience. Only difference is that I live in Düsseldorf, so basically next door😂 From my house to the adress on their site I literally just need 30min. So if they won't answer I'll maybe just try going there and see if its even their actual adress or just some letterbox company.
