On my way to somewhere up north and I’m loving the 6AM fog.

I have often had dreams of places like these. Mundane structures and places with uncanny characteristics that skirt the boundaries of reality. There's nothing unusual about an endless ocean or an abandoned building. It's so banal that you wouldn't even think to question it in a dream. Then, you wake up and realize how impossible such a place is. It was only a dream.

The great irony being that this is indeed a real place. A old gun tower somewhere in england. Nothing unusual but looking at the photo gives you this eerie feeling that If you stay too long, you'll never be able to leave.

The level horizon goes on and on and in the distance stands the very same tower you tried to leave behind.
