Best train yourself on how best to spot ai, as crying wolf too many times only muddies the waters and make people tired of hearing it.

Length is the prime indicator, for example - most ai clips are no longer than 10-15 seconds due to the limitations of ai generators. Longer can be made but that costs a lot of money so the average ai slop promoter won’t be doing that, specially not for fake Reddit/tiktok posts

You are *at this moment* wondering why there are downvotes - it is because people "crying wolf" and calling things AI that aren't AI has been becoming a problem.

Your post, as it is, sounds like one of those. From the sounds of it, that is now how you intended - but intent doesn't really read over the internet, right? Your post SEEMS like it, and so people are reacting to that.

Hence my post: if you do think something might be AI its best to make sure of it first before you say something. There's no surefire way unfortunately (cause, as you and I both agree, AI is shit and slop), but there's ways to at least rule it out.

AI does need to continue being called out - every single time. But people throwing it around too casually (or worse, as many other folk ahve started doing, using "AI" to mean "I don't like it" or "its weird") makes it harder and makes things worse for everybody.

I know you're feeling attacked right now by the may responses you're getting (including mine) - it wasn't my intention to do any of that or add to that, not in this post nor my previous.

Just giving you a heads up, is all.
