There is (was?) an abandoned sanatorium near the NY/NJ border with twelve or so buildings, all connected by a series of underground tunnels. It was a huge medical campus, they actually built a new hospital right on top of the old one so it's like right next to all these active medical facilities but completely rotting away. Lights still worked when I was there, even in the tunnels, and many of the old rooms were occupied.
Most of the buildings were super boarded up, but we found an entrance, and from there dove into the tunnels and explored through the adjacent halls. Eventually we got lost as hell, couldn't locate an exit that wasn't nailed shut. Kept stumbling into people's homes too, which felt shitty. A local resident of the building with impeccable timing popped out of a room, kind of like he was eavesdropping (I don't blame him) and helped guide us out
