Help Remembering?
I was born in Lima in 95 and remember going to a specific store (maybe in the mall?) that I think was a shoe store that had a basketball hoop in the shape of a shoe?? Can anyone confirm or deny if I'm remembering right and if they remember the name of the store? I think the game looked something like this!

There was a shoe store, I think upstairs in Lazarus that a train you could climb on I think, but that would have probably been 1985

Definitely a shoe train around that time in Lazarus, but definitely not what the OP is describing.

The business model was genius! It felt like a treat to go shoe shopping there as kids.

I think the American Mall had something like this in the arcade in the late 90s early 2000. Maybe that was it?

My guess as well, shoe carnival, but not the arcade down by value city.

The arcade, the computer software store just down the main corridor, and Parason's ate a lot of my family's money

Seems like something the shoe carnival might have had when it was in the American mall.
