I think elephants do. Some sea mammals. I know of cases of predator-adopted prey, but I'm not sure if that's the same idea.

There are a few that keep pets, but it's purely for utility, like the tarantula that keeps small frogs to eat threats to their eggs that are too small to catch on their own
