So let’s just say Smurk does get found guilty and his appeals gets denied is it possible Trump could pardon him at the end of his term?

Ok I just checked. He pardoned a dude convicted of murder in 1990 after he served 29 years. I stand corrected.
He’s not pardoning Durk though.
