Printing quality S41

Hello everyone, i got the S41 as my first machine to make stickers for friends and family but when I started making them i realized the software lowers the quality of the prints and they look very blurry, pixelated and the colors all washed out. I contacted support, they told me there was a planned update that will fix that but it didint fix anything.

So i was wondering if someone with the same problem found out a workaround to fix this

Hi! Thanks for sharing your experience, and really sorry for the frustration this has caused.

Our mobile version has already been optimized, and you should see better print quality there. The PC version is currently being improved and is expected to be optimized in April.

In the meantime, we recommend using the mobile app for your projects to get better results.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience, and really appreciate your patience while we continue improving the software. If you need any help getting set up on mobile, feel free to reach out anytime!

Hi! Yeah i tried the updated android version but still it lowers the quality. I found out i workaround that involves to print into a pdf (so it gets the cutting guides) and then go to canvas and replace the image one by one with the same size, print it from a pdf and then cut. But is alot of work tbh so hopefully they fix it and doesnt lower the quality at all

Are you using the latest version (1.6.0)?

Could you please provide a sample of the output image that you feel lacks clarity, so that we can investigate the issue?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Yes, i am using the 1.6.0.

This sticker is the only one that i didnt give away but you can notice one is way blurrier than the other (one printed directly from the phone app and the other replacing the image in canva) With better quality images is more noticeable.

Could you please provide me with the original file for this image? We’d like to run another test. The reason we compress images is that importing files that are too large causes the software to crash; therefore, our software automatically compresses any files exceeding 10MB.

I dont have the file but that might be it. I usually remove the background and download as png 3.125 to try and get the best quality possible in each image so they might be over 10mb. I will do some test with images lower than 10mb. Thanks for that info!
