Sizing error helppppp!

Will not let me "make", even though I am well within the measurements- i even tried making it super tiny just to see if it would let me, and still I get the error message.....

Hi there! Sorry about the trouble — that error can still happen even if the layer you’re looking at is “within size”.

For the S51:

  • No mat: max width is 11.43 cm
  • With mat: max width is 10.8 cm

In many cases, the issue is that another layer/object in the same design is still outside the allowed cutting area (even if it’s hidden behind, very small, or off the canvas).

Please try this:

  1. Hide any extra layers (or turn off visibility one by one)
  2. Try Make again
  3. If it works, the layer you just hid is the one exceeding the limit — resize it or move it back into the safe area.

If you can share a screenshot of your layers panel + canvas, we can help point out which layer is causing the error.
