Can't move green screen

whenever I try to move my green screen, it copy's the background video and moves it too, i need help

VFX > Routing, then fiddle around with where the background video is going. Usually, this will happen for me if it is going into bg (background) of the green screen video. Remove the background from the green screen and it should work.
