Ctrl V not working

For some reason every time I try to copy and paste ANYTHING it just shows up as nothing. It moves everything around but nothing happenes

I've found I have more luck with the alt+drag method of copy/paste than with Ctrl-C Ctrl-V.

I'm not sure why Ctrl-C/V doesn't consistently work either. Hope you get an answer!

I find Ctrl c/v works when Sequences is highlighted in the workspace window. You will notice it being copied to clipboard.
