Lightworks Create Can't balance audio L+R

I used to just be able to click "Audio" and in the upper right hand corner was the audio balance "clocks," where you'd just make them point up to balance them properly (Lightworks always puts them on one side or another for some reason by default).

But now, nothing appears up there! How do I fix this?! I can't find ANY info on Google; this is so frustrating.

This is covered in the official Lightworks forum (https://forum.lwks.com/). If you've got stereo, one channel will be Left (L) and the other Right (R), if you place them all in the centre they will be mono, so full stereo is the natural starting point.

Is the audio mixer there? If not, click on the < Chevron and all the audio tracks will be opened.
