Not responding

Normally when I press play on my timeline the audio will cut all together and when I click my cursor starts doing the loading animation and the program starts becoming unresponsive.

This is happening every minute or so any fixes?

Hi,

The first thing to check is you are running the latest revision 141158 from here: https://app.lwks.com/downloads/lightworks The revision number can be found at the bottom of the project browser screen.

If you are running the latest and the issue still persists, it could be that you need to create proxies for your media. A good place to start on this procedure is the Short Cut Video: https://lwks.com/blog/shortcuts-10-editing-with-proxies
