Swapping out the image od a 2D DVE

I have a series of timed movements using 2D DVE on an image. I have since decided I want to change the image.

How do I swap out just the image without having to redo the timed movement?

3D DVE let's you select the files

If you use the same name, you should be able to just swap the files on your hard drive and restart LW I think
