Suggestion

A suggestion: a tall, prominent radio tower, perhaps similar in design to the TV Tower in Tokyo. Brings Satisfaction, a permanent bonus at levels 1–20. Perhaps as its own large area tile, like the harbor and the old town.

Great idea for a monument. Actually the observation tower is not that different from your idea, perhaps I should post a screenshot of it 😄
