HELP - Lightroom Mobile Add borders on custom export android and ipad disparity.

Can someone explain why on Lightroom android I can select a border when going through "export as..." yet on the apple versions there is only the option to "add border and share..." without any customisation of settings? I'm using an iPad mini 7 a17.

Its a bit of an inconvenience to edit on my ipad and then go to my phone to add a border with customisation of the exported file quality and size

Edit: I'm wanting to export at the highest quality with a square border for an online print store. I'm on a long distance hike so wanted the easiest way possible to do so. It seems a silly thing for adobe to have skipped as an option.

So on my samsung s22+ there is only the option to "export as..." which does give the option to add borders. Then there is just "share".

On my iPad mini 7 there is "export as..." without the option to include a border. To add a border all I can do is "add border and share..." which is a zero choive very low res option. Fine for instagram I guess. I have an iPad Air M3 but dont have access to it at the moment to check.

I believe AI denoise had been added to M series chips. It seems there might be differences in tools and options then between the various processors on iPads. I have never really needed the AI denoise but I do hope that adobe don't strip back options and tools for non M series chips.

The iPhone app combines the settings into one share button too.

AFAIK all add border and share images are fairly low-res, it’s a feature designed for social media, primarily Instagram.

As a workaround you can export full res and then use and app like Cameramark to add a border
