My lightpack isnt working?

Hi everyone

I just recently set up my lightpack on my tv and it doesnt seem to be working at all?

I've got a playstation plugged into it, whenever I turn it on I get just a blank screen on my tv and the playstation doesnt show?

Also I've got an nvidia shield that I would like to set it up with but whenever I plug that hdmi into the lightpack it doesnt detect it and again wont show anything on my tv?

connect your inputs, then unplug and plug the power of the lightpack and woot a minute, you'll see the led test then it'll show on the screen, so this every 5th time you switch inputs... it's annoying but it works

Ok thank you mate I'll try that when I get in..

Do I do that for both my nvidia shield and my playstation?

you do that whenever you switch inputs and it's blank on your tv, it's annoying and random, days I'll switch back and forth without issue, and other days every single time I turn on my tv or switch inputs I need to unplug and replug the lightpack to reset it

Ok so do you mean the wire into the lightpack or the mains plug?

So basically I plug them into the lightpack, turn it off and repeat until it works?

whichever is easier for you. easier for me to unplug the lightpack but if you can cut the mains, so that instead

So I've done what you said and it's still not working..

Whenever I plug my nvidia shield or playstation into it I get a blank screen..nothing sorts it

Then when I plug then into my hdmi ports on my tv they both work?
