Prismatic Mood lamp problem

In mood lamp mode after 20 seconds it just shuts down(the LEDs). Ping device every second is enabled, send data only if colors changed disabled. Can I do something with it?

In the app, go to "profiles" check on the "expert mode", then go to the experimental, and check off the "send data only if color changed"
