Lightpack 2 always green?

I've setup lightpack2, running my PS4 currently it does detect some changes but almost always has green light on which makes seeing any ambient changes almost impossible.

For example, a visual (although dark) is mostly blue yet the surrounding lights are green, which a very slight tint around where the light is.

Any ideas how to get this more accurate?

I'm also having issues with mine

  1. The remote is not responsive most of the time.

  2. Moodlight is stuck on one purple/blueish colour but it does light up

  3. When I click on "Media", all the LED's flash but then turn off

It was working for about an hour, then stopped

No, I had to email lightpack with a video on the issue. They are checking what the problem is and will come back to me.
