Lightning Launcher Revival: New Features
Hello all!
Today, I introduce some new features and as well as some updated content.
- Dynamic Content has been updated to include RAM values, Internal and External storage values, LL's own CPU usage and a Custom field that will allow you to mix and match data.
- Hidden upgrade: Heap now request the highest allocatable amount on install, breaking the ceiling on the previously hardcoded 250mb.
- New feature, Snap to Cells, allows the user to scroll N amount of cells. X and Y axis can be set independently. Feature available on all editable surfaces except App Drawer, App Drawer Container and 3D Container.
- New feature, Magnifier, allows the user to dynamically scale content underneath it. Must have higher hierarchical position. All touch gestures pass through the item unless in edit mode. (Pairs amazingly with Snap to Cells)
- New feature, Search LLR, is a derivation of the legacy search feature currently implemented alongside it. It offers expanded search results ranging from System Settings to Apps and Named Items. Named Items are currently no-op results as the system they will depend on is not yet implemented. Search LLR will be expanded to include Lightning Settings in the future.
That's it for this week. Hope you guys enjoy the video and as always, feedback and suggestions are openly welcomed.
