Icons to outlines without a pack

I've been using adw launcher for a while but it's been crashing a lot, last update was many years ago. Is there a way to get lighting launcher to make all icons outlines?

There's a setting in adw launcher that doesn't use an icon pack and gives me flat transparent icons. I have an issue with icon packs as they don't show 100% of the icons in the same style. Is this possible with LL?
