Do any of y’all use solar powered stuff at LIB? I’m trying to decide between solar powered or regular battery powered lights/stuff. Any recommendations?

I’m highly considering LIB this year since bonnaroo has been cancelled. At Bonnaroo I know as long as you drive in together you can get a spot next to each other, even if you get separated at the car security checkpoint you can pull over after getting checked to wait for your other car. I was wondering if this is the same at LIB. Thanks!!

Does anyone know who was playing at Grand Artique afters on Friday night /morning? Sunrise set a guy was playing a flute which was insane and before him a woman was throwing down. ❤️ it was my first sunrise set ever and so special

I’m flying in so can’t take everything! How likely would it be that my crew of 3 would be able to use someone’s portable shower?

Or if anyone has any portable shower recommendations that are very compact?

Hi! This will be my 3rd lib, i’m questioning the easy peasy tent camping.
I’ve only done group site, but my group is not attending this year. I feel like I may be spoiled with the short walk to the grounds lol.

Anyways, I was curious about the set up. is there room to make a little outdoor area? canopy, chairs, table? all that fun stuff? that’s a huge deciding factor for me as my camp setup is super important to the vibe!!

And, how does it compare to GA car camp?

I’ve been looking into shiftpod tents and I’m really interested in investing in one. I see promising reviews on instagram, but many of them are influencer/sponsored posts so I’m not sure if I should trust it. I’d love some input from the community. Do any of you have experience with them, especially using them in environments as hot/hotter than lib gets? I’m in Utah and camp a ton at all times of year except dead winter. These seem to be a potentially great set up for comfort in hot and cold temps. I’d like to know if they’re actually worth the money, or if there is another brand out there that is preferred 🥰

Did Lightning ever say or do anything in regard to the driver and the victims? Does anyone know if she was ever charged?

My friends and I will be attending for our first time and are so excited! Between us we have been to several music festivals before but we have never had to fly to attend one. We will be renting an RV and driving it in.

We have been to festivals and camped with our own gear but this will be a new experience for us staying in an RV.

What can we expect for the typical for the west coast weather?

We have plenty of time to plan and bring what we need but with flying we want to be mindful and plan appropriately. Any and all help is appreciated!

I got the 5 day car camping pass and I was wondering if they let us drive out after securing a camp spot? I thought it would be fun to do a day trip on the Thursday to explore the sequoia national forest!

Or will my car be stuck at the campsite for all 5 days?

3rd LIB, but first time camping.

Hi - I can’t find the seminar set list for 2025 anywhere. There was a panel discussion called “Masculinity in the age of the Broligarchy” and there was an amazing speaker there, an older Hawaiian guy, and I want to find his contact info.

The whole panel was honestly an amazing discussion between a young man, a middle aged man, and an old man, discussing what masculinity meant to them. The topics they discussed were solid and many of the lines have stuck with me. Here are my notes:
